Description
This was truly a magnificent moment; the combination of of sunlight through the leaves at the hight of Autumn.
The location was on Cedar lake near my home in Denville NJ. It is one of a series of 3 paintings.
I'm a trained painter/photographer who uses photos as a reference while painting. Digital oil painting done in Corel painter, a high end paint program that emulates traditional media.
Every brush stroke is done by hand, then printed with archival pigment inks onto canvas. It is then coated with 5 layers of UV varnish; archival for 150 years, limited edition 9/100
Framed with a black 2 step floater wood frame.
